Hey, I’m Berglind, a professionally certified life coach and the founder of KULM Coaching. With a background spanning coaching, communications, marketing, human resources and project management, I bring a holistic and intuitive approach to personal development. My passion lies in helping individuals to move through life transitions with clarity, confidence and a stronger connection to themselves.

 

I believe in the power of showing up as your true self. Through coaching, I support individuals in tapping into their inner strength, taking courageous steps forward and creating a fulfilling life aligned with their values and aspirations.

 

Curious by nature, I’m fascinated by the complexities of the human mind. How our thoughts, emotions and behaviours shape our experience. I bring this curiosity into every session, creating space for deep reflection, insight and transformation. My style is warm, grounded and focused on cultivating lasting resilience and self-belief.

 

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the mountains either snowboarding, skiing, hiking or biking. Originally from Iceland, I now call Switzerland home, where I live with my family and embrace a life full of movement, discovery and connection with nature.

 

To me, life is like a mountain: beautiful, unpredictable and full of opportunities. Having navigated my own transitions - including moving abroad, career changes and personal challenges - I understand how powerful it is to have the right support when facing change.
